Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to our web design service.

1. SCOPE OF WORK

Grafitis (“we”, “us”, or “our”) agrees to provide the services as described in the receipt that will be sent to the customer (“you”, “your”, or “Customer”) via email upon purchase. These services may include, but are not limited to:

• Website Design
• Domain Name (.gr/.com)
• Professional Email Setup
• Maintenance & Updates
• Server Hosting
• Technical Support
• Regular Backups
• Eshop System
• Payment Gateway Integration
• Product Registration

2. PAYMENT TERMS

You agree to pay for our services on a monthly basis through credit card or PayPal. Your subscription to our services will not begin until we have received payment.

3. INCLUDED SERVICES AND EXCLUSIONS

Domain name registration and basic web hosting services are included in our service fees. Premium add-ons and upgrades are available at an additional charge. You will be responsible for these costs.

4. TIMELINE

We will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of your project, including key milestones and deadlines. This timeline will be agreed upon by both parties. If delays are caused by you, the timeline will be extended accordingly.

5. REVISIONS

We will provide up to three (3) revisions to the design, development, and content of your website. Any additional revisions beyond this may be subject to an additional charge.

6. FREE WEBSITE DESIGN

A free website design is valid once per unique company VAT number. Resubscribing to our service will not entitle you to another free website design.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

We agree to keep all your information confidential and will not use it for any other purpose without your prior consent. Similarly, you agree not to disclose any confidential information about us, our work, or our service to any third party without our prior consent.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services provided up to the point of termination.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this service (collectively, the “Contents”) are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Grafitis.

11. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

We provide our services “as is” and disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by you or any third party.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may be updated or changed without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
